以符合個人資料 (私隱) 條例須注意以下各項：Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, please required to note the following points:

1. 於登記時提供之個人資料將只作審查申請資格之用途，此等資料亦只由Aston Institute及其聯繫機構處理。Personal data provided as part of the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of consideration for eligibility to apply. The data will be handled only by Aston Instituteand its partner organizations.

2. 登記表格將存放於Aston Institute為每位學生開設之檔案內，並由Aston Institute之職員處理。All personal data provided in registration forms will be a constituent part of the student file retained by Aston Institute. The data will hence be handled by Aston Institutestaff.

3. 閣下將會定期收到有關本地課程、服務及講座等最新資訊。Persons registered in this registration form may be used for regular updates of information about courses, services, events and all other information about local education.
